Join Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Marina Zahran as she leads you through a seasonal yoga class for each of the Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Each class will guide you on how to tap into your innate healing wisdom and teach you ways to use Ayurveda, yoga, pranayama and self-care practices to bring balance to the body and mind. For each class you will receive a yoga sequence, an essential oil sample, and a gemstone to remind you of the elemental qualities required to balance each Dosha.
Learn about the Pitta Dosha and enjoy a calming and cooling practice that will reduce heat and intensity in the body and mind. This is the perfect practice to do in the heat of summer to prevent burnout.
