Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga (or Nuad Boran) is a mix of yoga postures and gentle stretching with palming & thumbing techniques applied to the sen lines (energy lines) and marma points (pressure points). It can help to relieve stress, muscular tension, headaches, digestive problems, and restore an energetic balance in the body. Through this practice, the practitioner and client both receive a sense of ease and well-being.
Thai Yoga is done on a mat on the floor. The practitioner will provide props if needed for more support. Please wear comfortable clothing.
