Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is a mix of massage techniques and gentle yoga postures that leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated. It can help to relieve stress, muscular tension, headaches, digestive problems, and restore an energetic balance in the body. Through this practice, the practitioner and client both receive a sense of ease and well-being.
Thai Yoga Massage is done on a mat on the floor. The practitioner will provide props if needed for more support. Please wear comfortable clothing.
