Victoria Frye

Victoria has worked in the fitness industry for over 3 decades and discovered Yoga seriously about 6 years ago when a close friend invited her to attend a Vinyasa class. This class initiated the spark that led her to becoming a 200 RYT, 100 Hr EMBER Trauma Sensitive (2017) and resilience-focused yoga teacher. Victoria is also an advanced Buti Yoga instructor, one of the few in Ohio. She currently teaches Vinyasa and all things Buti Yoga.

Victoria is a lifelong learner and a true believer in transformation from the inside out. She is a Lupus warrior and is passionate about reminding her students that they are beautiful, worthy and that they too are warriors!
