Jacquie Moku

Jacquie started practicing yoga during a difficult time in this journey of life.  Struggling with the effects of addiction, lack of self-confidence, anxiety, bouts of depression and anger brought her to her yoga mat.  She started out practicing a vinyasa based yoga sequence and immediately discovered a passion for the practice of yoga.   Throughout the years of self-practice she has overcome her hardships and has filled her heart with peace, love, joy and gratitude.

Jacquie is the facility director at the YMCA in Lancaster, Ohio and also teaches yoga classes at the Y.  Jacquie received her RYT-200 certification and Reiki certification and is currently enrolled in the 300 hour Teacher Training program at the Yoga on High Teacher Training Institute.  Jacquie currently teaches a Deep Release yoga class at Yoga on High and a Slow Flow class at Grow Yoga in Grandview, Ohio.

Outside of work and yoga Jacquie is a wife, a mother of 3 and a very proud grandmother of 4 beautiful souls.  She enjoys music, family and friends and the simple pleasure of having her family at home with their guitars and ukuleles singing and creating magical love energy.
