Brittny Manos

Brittny’s yoga practice began in 2005 when she took her first class at a local YMCA. At the time, she was rediscovering her own spirituality and yoga synchronized with that personal examination very naturally. Fast forward to the present and yoga has become an integral part of her life. She decided to take the leap of faith to become a yoga instructor and completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on High in 2016.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a full-time position as a Research Coordinator at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Brittny has built her life around health and wellness. She conducts research in Adolescent Medicine’s Eating Disorder Clinic, General Adolescent Clinic, and Medication Assisted Treatment for Addiction Clinic. In collaboration with the Yoga on High Foundation, she recently started a yoga program for opiate addicted adolescents seen at Children’s Hospital. She is currently enrolled in Yoga on High’s 100 Hour Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training to better serve these populations.

Brittny strives to teach creative and dynamic Vinyasa flows with a focus on guided internal exploration. She wishes for her students to leave class feeling a new found sense of freedom in the mind and body, and a clear vision of their own magical capabilities.
