As you know, caring for a new baby is a rewarding but challenging task. Even the physical work of carrying a baby around all day can lead to tight shoulders, back pain and fatigue. Join Jenn Gebhart for an hour of restorative yoga poses done lying down or seated and some aromatherapy. This workshop can help reduce physical discomfort, relieve stress and tension and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. You must be at least 6 weeks post partum to attend. No previous yoga experience necessary.
