Jennifer Hambrick

Though now a writer and musician, Jennifer Hambrick began life as a dancer, and believes that giving the body regular opportunities to move in healthy ways is just as important to one’s well being as eating fresh fruit and vegetables. Jennifer has studied the Alexander Technique, a movement education modality emphasizing muscular release and proper alignment of the head and spine, for nearly fifteen years. She strives to incorporate safe alignment and freedom of movement into all aspects of her life, from typing at the computer to practicing and teaching Ashtanga yoga. Jennifer has practiced yoga for nine years and is a graduate of Yoga on High’s 200-hour teacher training program.
