Gail Sky

After thirty years of teaching elementary school, Gail Spirit Sky continues her career by teaching yoga to students of all ages. In 2003 she was certified by Judith Lasater as a Relax and Renew™ Instructor, a specialty focusing on restorative yoga poses. In 2007 she was certified as an Advanced Relax and Renew™ Instructor. After completing the 2005 Yoga on High teacher training year, she was registered with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour level, and in 2006 she completed training on the advanced level (500-hour registration). Gail has studied with Rodney Yee, Angela Farmer, Thomas Myers, and Claudia Cummins. She offers stressed people a way to relax and become energized. She is a Reiki master and a long time meditator. In 2004 Gail began a monthly program of restorative yoga workshops that has an avid following of people who come for all sorts of reasons—deep healing, enhanced energy levels, peace of mind, and light heartedness among them.
