Crystal Fauber

Crystal is a dedicated student and teacher of holistic healing arts. Once an avid weightlifter and gym enthusiast, she was saved from this routine after experiencing her first Ashtanga yoga class. From this initial exposure, she was immediately taken by the comprehensive nature of yoga and has been hooked ever since.

Crystal is a licensed massage therapist and instructs beginning students in the massage therapy program at Columbus State. She continually pursues relevant training in complimentary fields. Yoga served as a catalyst to study polarity therapy as a way to further enhance her understanding of the energetic body.

Crystal is certified through the Yoga on High teacher training program and has taken teacher training intensives with David Swenson and Rodney Yee. She would like to thank all of her teachers for their wisdom and encouragement.
