Katherine Dufrane has enthusiastically studied and practiced nursing, counseling, healing and meditation. In teaching meditation, she has offered a variety of approaches to support each person in discovering his or her own best way.  She established her own steady, daily practice which is supported by on-going yogic study and service as a student of the Siddha Yoga path. She continues to be deeply interested, engaged with and devoted to discovering and sharing avenues for developing and maintaining connections with our Core Essence.
