The Science of Better Sleep

Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? Do you just want to sleep more deeply and efficiently? This class will teach you practical, drug-free, state-of-the-art techniques that have been scientifically proven to combat insomnia and enhance sleep. Includes both yoga and non-yoga techniques. Mainly lecture and question-answer. No yoga experience required. This workshop is included in the weekend workshop.
