Open Classes

These classes are held on their designated day every week through the quarter and are open for drop ins. This means you don’t have to sign up. You simply show up and pay the drop in fee or use a class pass. You can come to any open class as often as you like, Hatha or Ashtanga or any combination thereof.

Classes include:

• Ashtanga Beginner Drop In
• Ashtanga Modified Primary Series, Primary Series, & Mysore
• Hatha Beginner Drop In
• Hatha Levels 1, 2 and 3
• Vinyasa
• Restorative & Urban Zen
• Meditation & Pranayama

These classes are pre-registration classes and are limited in size. They are not open to drop ins. These classes are priced individually and run from the first week of each quarter.
