Training

Yoga on High offers three levels of Reiki training–Level I, Level II and Masters Level. Training on each level is based on an attunement and includes practice using and understanding Reiki in various ways.

Reiki I and Reiki II attunements and training are each 8 hours long and are scheduled over three evenings or one weekend. In that time you acquire a good conceptual basis for Reiki practice and have ample time to use Reiki in the presence of a Reiki Master. For most people, feeling their own or another person’s energy field is a new experience and one that requires time for validation.

Yoga on High has two levels of Master Training–Reiki Master Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher. The Master Teacher training is a nine month program involving training, mentoring and assisting experienced teachers. The Master Practitioner training is three months long and teaches you to give and receive Reiki on the Masters Level.
