Yoga Anatomy Workshop with Crystal Fauber

Crystal Fauber blends her experience as a massage therapist, yoga teacher and anatomy expert into a series of classes that will teach you about your body in a myriad of ways. Classes will include an anatomy lecture, movement exercises and asana, and massage, giving you both a conceptual and a pragmatic experience. On August 3, the focus is the neck; on August 10 it is on the shoulder; on August 17, Crystal will cover the back and abdomen; and on August 24 she’ll focus on the hips and groin. Crystal normally teaches at Yoga on High during the day time, so this is a great opportunity for those of you who can only take class at night to study with this gifted teacher.
