Teacher Training: Hands-On Adjustments

In this workshop, Marcia, Martha and Linda show you some of their favorite manual adjustments, and even more importantly, they will show you how to analyze the actions in a pose and devise your own adjustments. You’ll never be at a loss for how to help a student again. Take this opportunity to spend the day with your peers discussing and exploring ways to help your students feel the joy of physical alignment and balance in their poses. This workshop will be a fun, inspiring, collaborative inquiry into communicating with your students through touch and will offer plenty of practical tips on manual adjustments that you can apply immediately in your classes.
