If you have had tempting experiences with yoga breath practices in your regular asana classes, or if you simply want to explore how the breath, mind and body are integrated, join Linda for three evenings on breath explorations and pranayama techniques. Pranayama techniques are specific breathing practices that are part of an ancient system of yogic breath regulation. At the end of the series, you will be familiar with your own breathing habits and know how to change your mood and your energy level, and how to quiet your mind’s busy chatter. These classes are also good for people interested in meditation since pranayama prepares you to enter meditative states.
