Reiki Level 1 Class and Attunement

Reiki is the gentle yet powerful force that brings vitality, balance and healing to all living things. In this program, you will be attuned to Reiki energy and learn how to pass Reiki through your hands to yourself and others. You will learn the practices of grounding, centering, contemplation and intention setting, which will help you clarify and integrate your Reiki experiences. On Sunday, you will also practice giving Reiki to each other and have the opportunity to discuss your sensations, impressions, and technique. As you deepen your experience with Reiki, you will see the results in your own life and in the lives of those with whom you share this harmonizing energy. Pre-registration is required.
