Rodney Yee Teacher Training

This year Rodney’s 5-day training will focus on two essential aspects of teaching: observation and touch. What can you see in your students and what can you do about it? If you have ever been in class with Rodney, you know reading poses and devising adjustments for them are two of his strengths. After reading your pose with his own brand of X-ray vision, Rodney can recommend a subtle change in how your body works that pose and release a whole host of problems, leaving you free all over. His touch is sure and precise, gentle yet strong when it needs to be—the kind of touch a body can trust and learn from. In addition to its focus on observation and touch, the week will include pranayama, meditation and asana practice. You will return to your students refreshed and inspired. 

Dates:  Tuesday, September 7 through Saturday, September 11
Weekday classes go from 8:30a to 5:00p and Saturday’s class is from 8:30 to noon.
Cost: $700.00 if paid by July 23; $725.00 thereafter
A $100 non-refundable deposit will hold your space.
