Balance Basics

Balance training aligns your bones with gravity so that your muscles can be in maximum relaxation. It’s based on 35 years of studying healthy populations from all over the world–people who remain active into their old age without back pain or hunched posture.

When you learn to sit, stand, and move as they do, your pain will be significantly reduced or eliminated, and your physical sense of ease greatly increased.

This class is significant training for all levels of yoga students although no yoga experience is required.
