Harvey Wasserman, Senior Greenpeace advisor, author and lecturer, will be giving a free talk on water-what’s in it, how it affects us and how we can hydrate ourselves in a healthy way. He and his associate, Randy Stemen, operate the Wasserman Water Company which distributes Kagen Water Machines. They will give a demonstration illustrating the pH level of a variety of common beverages and discuss maintaining a healthy acid/alkaline balance in the body. Kagen water will be available for you to drink so that you can experience the difference in its hydration and absorption compared to ordinary drinking water. The talk will also cover various methods of purifying water and the role of hydration in wellness. The Kagen Water Machine will be available for purchase.
