Between them, they have many decades of yoga practice and teaching experience. They have all studied with some of the finest teachers in the world today and are knowledgeable in adapting the yoga practice for all types of students. They opened Yoga on High in February, 2001, to realize their vision of a true yoga center where a full spectrum of classes is offered for students at all levels. Reading over the descriptions of our players and associate faculty, you will be struck by the length and depth of their yoga practices, and their commitment to study with yoga adapts locally and nationally. All of them list their primary teachers as part of their life stories, to thank them and acknowledge their influemce and to explain their own chosen focus.
